We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, will responsible on round trip shipping fees if only wrong size/ wrong type/ defective items more than 1cm .(within 3 days after parcel has been received.) December Wardrobe will return the round trip shipping fee to you according to your receipt.
Kindly dm us in WhatsApp （+60 11-5884 6768 ) / ig @decemberwardrobe__ with at least 3 snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further before sending back the item.
Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order. Returns & exchanges take place only after you have reached out to the team and the details required are correct & complete. PLS DO NOT send back the parcel before return approval. Customers who make returns directly will bear the cost to repost it back December Wardrobe will not bear any consequences if parcel is sent to the wrong address.
Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds, only returns with same item, same color unless purchased items is out of stock. Such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned parcel. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with 90 days validity will be issued.
Return can only made 1 time per order number. Meaning any order made with return store credit cannot be returned nor exchanged the consequent time.
Returns of any form is strictly not allowed for all SALE items and orders placed using any form of promotional / discount code or reward vouchers.
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in December Wardrobe clear wrapping bag. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
Less than 1cm defect or scratches are not considered as damage, it’s not under exchange policies.
All online returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of receive. Requests for exchanges or returns thereafter will not be entertained.
